As data-driven decision-making becomes a key driver of both organizational and national development, data science has emerged as one of the most in-demand fields worldwide.

To support this shift, DAMA Mongolia Chapter is launching the Data Scientist Program Scholarship, aimed at fostering a data-driven culture in Mongolia and developing highly skilled data professionals.

📌 Scholarship eligibility requirements:

1. Mongolian citizens aged 18 and above.
2. 3rd- or 4th-year students majoring in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related fields are eligible to apply.
3. Early-career professionals currently working in data-related roles.
4. Strong foundational knowledge in mathematics and statistics.
5. High motivation and commitment to learning.
6. Ability to actively participate throughout the program duration.
7. Ability to work both independently and in a team.
8. Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.

📅 Data Scientist Program Schedule

1. Start Date: Tuesday, May 19, 2026
2. Class Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
3. Time: 18:00 – 20:30
4. Prerequisite: Background in statistics and IT

2. Short essay (400–500 words): “Why do you want to become a Data Scientist?”
